This is why we have developed our own virtual instructor-led training (VILT) solution– including both customized solutions and a robust schedule of public offerings.

Our VILT solution combines the best of classroom training (engaging interactivity, real-time guidance from SMEs, Q&A, breakout sessions, and whiteboards), with the convenience of a virtual learning platform. Unlike ILT, facilitators and learners need not be physically co-located. All learners interact via the virtual classroom and 2-way through telephone or VOIP regardless of their location. GFMI’s instructors and facilitators can initiate and manage group discussions, exercises, small group presentations, etc. They can also ensure that all participants are involved in the activities.
