Marcy joined GFMI in October 2009 to manage GFMI’s growing client base. Utilizing her keen sense of organization and communication skills, she actively manages client training projects from start to finish. Marcy previously worked for Prudential Douglas Elliman where she was a New York State licensed residential salesperson, ascertaining and matching the needs of buyers and sellers for one of New York’s largest real estate services companies.
Prior, she was Senior Vice President at HSBC, specializing in foreign currency sales for over 18 years. Marcy’s trading activities included daily market analysis, currency execution, and marketing of multiple products for a vast client base, as well as round-the-clock contact with global offices. Clients included mutual and hedge funds, Fortune 500 companies, and commodity houses. Her ability to gain client trust, provide excellent market coverage, execute trades, and demonstrate attention to detail earned Marcy notable respect from both her clients and co-workers – positioning her as an integral senior member of the foreign exchange team. A seasoned Wall Street veteran, Marcy was SEC Series 7 and 63 licensed.
A graduate of The George Washington University, she received her BBA with a concentration in Finance. She continues her member participation in the GWU Advisory Council where she represents the Financial Services Sector.
Marcy’s satellite office location is in Nassau County, Long Island.
